4. Grand Prize: One (1) Family Reunion
Sweepstakes package to be posted prior to May 30, 2008.
5. Monthly Prizes: Six (6) monthly winners
(June, July, August, September, October, November) will
also receive prizes which will be posted by May 30, 2008.
Drawings will be conducted by the PGCCVB whose decision
is final and binding. The winner(s) will be notified by telephone,
certified mail and/or email within 15 days of the drawing
date. The winner(s) will be required to sign and return a
release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where
lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days
of date indicated on the Sweepstakes winner letter. The PGCCVB
and its participating sponsors are not responsible for unsuccessful
efforts to notify winner(s). By accepting a monthly or grand
prize, winner(s) agree to the use of his/her name(s) and
or likeness by sponsors for the purpose of advertising, trade,
or promotion without notice or further compensation, unless
prohibited by law. If a selected winner(s) cannot be contacted,
is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely
return the completed and executed declaration and releases
as required, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner(s)
selected. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions
are allowed except by the PGCCVB, who hereby reserves the
right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including
a cash prize, if that is in the best interests of the PGCCVB
and its sponsors.
6. Conditions: The PGCCVB, its sponsors,
agents and representatives of sponsors, their parent companies,
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment
agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable
for: any and all conditions that may cause an entry to
be voided, misplaced, corrupted, spoiled, or in any other
fashion declared null and void. The PGCCVB and its sponsors
reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to suspend,
modify or cancel the online portion of the Sweepstakes
at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts
the administration, security, or proper use and/or operation
of the online portion of the Sweepstakes. In such an event,
winner will be selected from all eligible/received online,
and/or mail-in Sweepstakes entries.
