4. CyberhuntPrize Package: One (1) Cyberhunt Prize Package to be awarded and hosted prior to August 31, 2010. The Cyberhunt Prize Package for 1 winner and up to 39 guests will be comprised of:
A. Standard hotel accommodations (2nights/3days) for up to 25 standard rooms provided by a participating Partner and/or Sponsor during the designated months chosen exclusively by the PGCCVB and its accommodations' Partner and/or Sponsor. Months other than those chosen and designated would require additional fees to be paid by the winner, and are based on availability during those months chosen. Actual dates and times will be agreed upon jointly by the contest winner, the PGCCVB, and it’s participating Partner and/or Sponsor.
B. Food/catering services for one reunion dinner, one breakfast buffet, and one evening reception provided for up to 40 people by the PGCCVB and its participating Partners and/or Sponsor. Dates, times, and menu selection will be made and controlled entirely by the PGCCVB, its participating Partner and/or Sponsor and/or its designated representative based on availability, and other factors, in coordination with the Cyberhunt winner.
C. Reunion Day at Six Flags America® for up to 40 people during the designated months chosen exclusively by the PGCCVB and Six Flags America®. "Day" includes reserved picnic area, food and beverage for up to 40 people, and park admission for up to 40 people. Dates, times and menu selection will be made by the PGCCVB and Six Flags America®. The PGCCVB reserves the right at any time, and in its sole discretion, to change or substitute this venue for any other Prince George’s County attraction, park, or other facility as needed.
D. A guided cultural tour of Prince George's County for up to 40 people. Date and time of the tour to be selected by the PGCCVB or its designated representative with the consent of the Cyberhunt winner.
E. Hospitality room provided by a participating Partner and/or Sponsor, with capacity for up to 40 people on a date and at time(s) selected by the PGCCVB or its designated representative. Hospitality room to be furnished with light food and beverage during the time of operation, and will be solely designated by the PGCCVB and its participating Partner and/or Sponsor.
F. Genealogy workshop for up to 40 people on a date, at a place, and at a time selected by the PGCCVB, or its designated genealogy Partner and/or Sponsor.
G. Up to 40 white, cotton t-shirts screen-printed with reunion name, reunion date, reunion locations, and reunion Partners/Sponsors provided in a standard selection of sizes. Shirt size and quality selection will be at the discretion of the PGCCVB or its designated representative. Information to be imprinted on t-shirts, in a fashion selected by the PGCCVB, must be provided by the winner to PGCCVB at least 6 weeks prior to event date.
H. Transportation, other than the guided cultural tour of Prince George's County, is not included.
I. Room accommodations, food, t-shirts and cultural tour as specified above, may be provided for additional guests above and beyond the 40 provided for in the Cyberhunt at the going rate for such services. Arrangements must be made at least 16 weeks in advance and through the event planner specified by the PGCCVB. Any additions to, or changes to the event as planned by the PGCCVB and its participating Partners and/or Sponsors, will be paid for exclusively by the Cyberhunt winner.
J. Cyberhunt Prize Package is valued at over $20,000. The winner will receive Form 1099, which will outline the value of the prize. The winner is responsible for reporting prize value as extra income and for paying all state, federal, local, or other taxes due. Prize must be used by August 31, 2010. No cash or other substitution. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible online entries received. Not transferable.
