2007 Rules & Regulations

7. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold the PGCCVB, its sponsors and employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participant recognizes and agrees that the registration information provided by entrant will be made available to the sponsors; use of such information will be governed by the sponsors' privacy policies.

8. Monthly prizes are valued at approximately $600 each, and Grand Prize is valued at approximately $21,400. All winners will receive Form 1099, which will outline the value of prizes won. Winners are responsible for reporting value as extra income and paying all state, federal, local, or other taxes due.

9. Winners List: Winners will be posted at: www.WhereFamiliesComeTogether.com between January 15, 2008, and September 3rd, 2008. To obtain a paper copy of the winners list, send your request, along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Family Reunion Sweepstakes c/o PGCCVB, 9200 Basil Court, Suite 101, Largo, MD 20774.
