5. Drawing will be conducted by the PGCCVB whose decision is final and binding. The winner will be notified by telephone, certified mail and/or email within 15 days of the drawing date. The winner will be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of date indicated on the Cyberhunt winner letter. The PGCCVB and its participating sponsors are not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. By accepting a grand prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name and or likeness by Partners and Sponsors for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without notice or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed except by the PGCCVB, who hereby reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including a cash prize, if that is in the best interests of the PGCCVB, its Partners, and its Sponsors.

6. Conditions:The PGCCVB, its Partners, Sponsors, agents and representatives of Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: any and all conditions that may cause an entry to be voided, misplaced, corrupted, spoiled, or in any other fashion declared null and void. The PGCCVB and its Partners and Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the Cyberhunt at any time and for any reason.

7. By participating in the Cyberhunt, each participant agrees to release and hold the PGCCVB, its Partners, Sponsors and employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and their vendors/affiliates harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Cyberhunt or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. By participating in the Cyberhunt, participant recognizes and agrees that the registration information provided by entrant will be made available to the Partners and Sponsors; use of such information will be governed by the Partners’ and Sponsors’ privacy policies.

8. Winner: The winner will be posted at ReunionCapitalUSA sometime between January 15, 2010, and May 30th, 2010.
